a) The cursor control next to the screen
Contrary to the touch screen you can control the electronics via a continuous, variable sensor strip next to the screen. The monitor remains clean. Numeric input is possible similar to the car navigation system.
A “set” function is possible (z-direction).



b) The integrated Potentiometer
For sensitive applications in the food or medical technology tightness and cleanability of surfaces, in addition to hygiene, are particularly important. A considerable weakness of a lot of systems is caused by the turnable regulators that were integrated too close by a hole in the front plate. Tightness and cleanability were maximized by a potentiometer integrated into the foil. The potentiometer can be operated without having to look at it.



c) The actual input system
H+K offers a whole set of different models for the linear and angular measurement. Membrane potentiometers are being used to meet the need of reliable, long-lived and cost-efficient actual value sensors.



d) Contactless Sensor
Contactless membrane potentiometers and sensors operated by magnet have been around for many years.
